GET RID OF STRETCH MARKS USING ANY 8 0F THIS NATURAL REMEDIES!



Stretch marks are also called striae. They are a visible lines forming scars in the skin with an off colour hue. With time they diminish but not completely. They are mostly found in the abdominal wall but can also occur over the thighs, upper arm, buttocs and breast. They are caused by rapid stretching of the skin during pregnancy, puberty, or by rapid growth or weight changes. Other causes may include surgery or trauma.


1. SHEA BUTTER.  
   Shea butter is a fat extract from the nut of the African shea tree. It is usually yellow in colour when raw or ivory/white when ultra-refined. It has a large healing fraction in addition to it's moisturizing fraction. Regular use of this natural cream treats many skin problems like blemishes, wrinkles, itching, sun burns, insect bites, and a bunch of other skin conditions. Which means it is also effective in getting rid of stress marks. Apply on the affected area and leave it overnight. Continue daily till you meet your desired goal.





2. SUGAR.
     Sugar is one of the most used substance in the world. It is also one of the best homemade remedies that helps get rid of stretch marks. It contains glycolic acid which helps stimulate your skin and help generate a younger, fresher and glowing skin. The small particles in sugar will act as an exfoliation agent to remove dead skin cells. All you need to do is mix the sugar with lemon juice and almond oil, stir for 6 minutes, then apply gently on stretch mark area for 10 minutes. Wash it off with water.





3. EGGS.
     Eggs are one of the world's leading protein and are life savers when it comes to making quick breakfast. Egg white can do wonders on your skin as it is packed with vitamin A and collagen which is the most abundant protein found in the animal connective tissue. It also gives your skin firmness and constant cell regeneration. Seperate the egg white from the egg yolk, stir the egg whites and apply on the stretch marks. Leave it for 20 minutes, then wash it off with clean water.





4. COFFEE.
     Instead of buying those expensive products that are packed with dangerous chemicals that causes more harm than good, use this homemade coffee scrub. Using coffee scrub will get rid of your stretch marks and make  less noticeable and also improve your skin in just a couple of weeks! Get a clean container and add 1/2 cup of organic coconut oil, 1/2 cup of ground coffee, 1.5 tablespoon of ground cinnamon and 1/2 cup of sugar. Mix thoroughly, then gently apply it to the affected area in the morning. Make sure the mixture is stored in an airtight container, in order for it to maintain it's properties.





5. OLIVE OIL.
     Olive oil is one of the most common stretch mark remedies around the world because it has been seen to be very effective. It contains four major antioxidants that work as moisturizer, skin protector, and cleanser. Some of these antidioxants are Vitamins E and A. Bear in mind that not all olive oils are created equal. A lot of then in the markets are fake. You may want to make sure you're getting the organic all natural virgin olive oil. Just massage the stretch marks with olive oil for 10 minutes then wash it off with water.





6. LEMONS.
     It's all about lemons on this blog because I've discovered it gives you so much more than a refreshing taste. As you know, it contains Vitamins C which ensures the production of collagen. It also helps the growth of cells and blood vessels and helps maintain the furnance on the strand of the skin. So what are you waiting for? Get yourselves some lemons, divide one into 2 halves, take one half of the lemon and rub it on the stretch marks. Leave it for 15 minutes and wash it off with warm water.





7. POTATO SLICES.
     Apart from the delicious taste and satisfaction this food gives, it is important to know that it is also a great source of Vitamin C, Potassium, & Magnesium. It contains starch which has properties that sooothes the skin. It also has antioxidant which helps to get rid of stress marks. Cut the potato into thick slices then rub it gently over the affected areas, leave it for 10 minutes. Wash it off with lukewarm water.





8. ALOE VERA.
    Aloe vera has been used for centuries for mant health issues. In this case, it can be used as a remedy for stretch marks. Aloe vera secretes a very potent clear gel which when applied, heals wounds. It also contains plant collagen which helps to repair skin elasticity and maintain youthfulness. Gently remove the outer layer of the aloe vera leaf then scoop out the clear gel with a spoon. Massage the affected area with the gel and leave it for 2 to 3 hours. After the time given is met, wash it off with clean water.
