Hair loss is known to be common in both adult and children. It is caused either by physical/emotional stress, too much intake of vitamin A, lack of protein, heredity, female hormones, aging and a bunch of others. We all need our hair to grow longer and healthier because it is one of the most attractive facial feature in the body. Here are some easy ways to fasten your hair growth.




1. EAT HEALTHY DIETS.
     No surprise that a healthy diet is the first in the list. A balanced diet is important because your organs and tissues need proper nutrition to work effectively. Without good nutrition, your body is more prone to infection, fatigue and hair loss. Avoid junk foods and eat more vegetables, it's that easy.






2. USE CASTOR OIL.
      Castor oil is a vegetable oil obtained from pressing the seed of a castor oil plant. It contains nutrients essential for hair growth. You can begin by warming the oil and putting it in a small bowl. Gently apply in the scalp and hair roots. Massage in a small circular motion, leave it for 30 minutes then shampoo your hair. Repeat twice a week.






3. USE EGGS.
     Eggs are useful for fast hair growth because they are packed with proteins and also contain iron, sulfur, phosphorus, zinc and selenium. Apply a mixture of two egg yolks and 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil on the scalp. Leave it for 15 to 20 minutes, wash it with cold water then shampoo your hair.






4. ALOE VERA GEL.
    Aloe vera aids in hair growth and prevents hair loss. It also reduces dandruff and help restore your hair's natural sheen. Apply fresh aloe vera gel mixed with little lemon juice and leave it for 20 minutes then shampoo your hair. Do this twice a week, ideally in the morning. Alternatively, drink aloe vera juice on a regular basis.






5. COCONUT MILK.
    Coconut milk is the liquid that comes from the grated meat of a mature coconut. Apply coconut milk on your scalp using a hair dye brush then cover your hair with a towel for about 20 minutes. After that time, you can shampoo your hair. Repeat once a week.






6. ONIONS.
     Onions are more than just supplements for cooking. They contain cholesterol, sulphur, fibers, potassium, calcium and vitamin C. Onion juice on the hair helps get rid of lice and hair fall. Grate onions and extract it's juice. Dip a cotton ball into the juice and apply directly on your scalp, ensuring the hair strands are covered from root to tip. Leave it for 30 minutes, rinse with cold water and shampoo as usual. Do this once a week.






7. USING GREENTEA.
     Apart from detoxification and weight loss, green tea also helps to improve hair growth and strength. Steep two tea bags in hot water and wait till the water cools down. Now remove the tea bag and use the solution to rinse your hair. Massage gently. You can use the green tea solution as a shampoo condition. Repeat procedure twice a week after shampooing your hair.






8. AVOID STRESS!
     Physical and emotional stress can cause hair loss. Surgery, high fever, & blood loss can cause enough stress to causr excessive shedding of the hair. Fortunately, physical stress are often temporary and hair loss subsides as body heals. The same goes for emotional stress, the only difference is that physical stress can be subdued by drugs and medications but only you can free yourself from emotional stress.
