Having toothaches is one of the worst feelings of all times. It basically affects your mood as a whole. Learning that there are foods you eat that causes it is real satisfying and lessening the intake of such foods will be a life saver. They are
1. WHITE FLOOR.
      This can be found in pasta, pastries, bread, pizza or breakfast cereals. White flour raises the blood sugar level, deplete key trace minerals and upset the balance of your glandular system. Excessive in-take causes tooth ache.
2. FOODS WITH HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP.
    These are found in candy bars, cakes, sport drinks, cookies or ice cream. Although fructose those not raise your blood sugar, it affects the internal body chemistry tremendously. This is because the l-fructose in the high fructose syrup is a synthetic sugar. Your body cannot recognise it and it acts as a debilitating poison. One meal of it can lead to infection to a person who is not very healthy.
3. ALCOHOL.
     It pulls minerals from your bones, interfere with how your body uses protein, and raises your blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Alcohol can also be in medications especially cough medications.
4. CAFFEINE. 
    It depletes trace nutrients and is poisonous to your body.
5. FRUITS.
     Fruits are thought to be safe because they are nature's gift to us, but they also contain sugars and sugar affects your body's chemical balance. Avoid taking fruits till your infection dies down.
6. PASTEURIZED MILK.
     They are usually for from lot cows and are poisonous to the body.
7. TABLE SALTS.
    It affects the potassium level in the blood negatively.
8. OTHER SWEETS.
      Avoid sweets completely. Not honey, not maple syrup or even fake sugars. No sweets till your teeth is all better.

     Eat chicken, beef, egg, or cheese. Proteins are body builders and they also repair work worn out tissues.
2. HEALTHY FATS.
     Health fats comes from healthy animals. Eat lots of butter or margarine. Coconut oil is excellent too.

    Liver provides essential vitamins to the body in an easy to use form.
